error warning in sst

good day,

thanks for sharing the sst and system software of ir 6000.

i already installed the sst (ver.3.3) and the system software. first thing i done is registering the firmware by browsing the folder on hd drive. the registered model appears (ir 5000,ir5000/6000d and ir5000/6000dn) on the right hand. i select one of the registered model, sytem, rui, hd format etc.is appears.. by holding 2 & 8 i enter to dowload mode of the copier. connecting the parallel port to the pc and machine i started to format the hd because its has e 602-0001. pressing the START button then next appears is OK button to proceed format..but it has problem appears on the screen error warning.



i checked in the manual it says communication port...but the cable i used is new and i test it before using(working)...

what is the cause of that error? i restart pc and copier the same thing is happening.

what should i do? theres anything i miss?

Did you set your Parallel port in ECP mode and DMA enabled .

If not see attached files for some infos to eliminate this error in parallel port mode.
