1-Enter service mode by pressing additional functions than 2 than 8 and then Additional Functions.
    #SSSW will be displayed.

2-Use the right arrow and scroll to #CLEAR then press OK.

3-Use the right arrow and scroll to ENGINE then press OK.
ERRCLR will be displayed then press OK.

    4-Then power cycle the machine.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Service Mode : ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>2 KEY>8 KEY> ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>#CLEAR>ENGINE>ERRCLR.

Note: This mode should be used to clear all Fixing related Error Codes.

If this does not resolve the error code. / u need to call for service or if u are a tech--pull out the fix unit to inspect

best to get a manual to understand your product

this is usually an issue with the Fixing Film Unit

        E000 0001 = Fixing temperature abnormal rise
Description =The temperature detected by the main thermistor does not rise to the specified value during startup control.
        Remedy =
1.Go through the following to clear the error: CLEAR >
ENGIN > ERRCLR; and then turn OFF and then ON the
        power.
2.Check connection of the Connectors (Thermistor Connector and AC Connector).
3.Replace the Fixing Main Thermistor (Film Unit).
        4.Replace the Fixing Assembly.
5.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).

        see pdf.

            Hi to all,

If clearing the error code fixes the issue, it could be explained by the fact that when the power source drops to less than 10% of its nominal value (220V in our region), the fixing temperature will take more time to reach the required value. This could result in E000 error code. If the error couldn't be cleared, start by replacing the fixing film resistance assembly. and don't forget to clear the error again as explained above.

Where are you Located? Judging by your questions I assume you are not a Canon Tech, as far as I am aware there are no 'after market' consumable/parts available for this model therefore you will need to contact your local Canon Dealer.

                    Check system version!

                    System WLaa-63-01

Modification of E000 error that occurs in a low temperature environment upon the completion of print job.

Who said 'there's no after market' consumables/parts already available for this model? The Chinese & Indian manufacturer are 'leaving no stone un-turned', in their quest to dominate the tech industry. Here,(In the 3rd world), we already have duplicated parts/consumable for this model of machine on the market! I recently replaced the fuser film only, and the Drum cylinder & c/blade (They all come as separate components) for an iR 2530, Manufacturer..... a certain 'KIYO' company. Non-OEMs but they work well......at least as of now!
