Yes. machine always show select paper and paper type after initialization. and found there has this usb memory attached on it.

I believe and if I remember correctly. That USB stick is to keep certain setting that are created. Example: Address book info, file, SMB, Email, fax, ETC

With this error as well Find out what is been printed to the printer, programs like office EG. word,excel. Override the printer default settings with setting for word etc..
Check page setups on your programs which are printing to the printer. so they match the printer settings for page size.

Additional Functions>Copy Settings>Paper Size Group

initialize under> Additional Functions > Common and Copy Settings.
