irc3220 won't scan from adf

I have a customer that recently moved their irc3220 to a new location, now for some reason when they try to Scan an item from the feeder, it acts as if nothing is in the feeder and scans the glass. The feeder works fine when copying but is not recognized when scanning something in. Any help is much appreciated.

Make sure
Color Network Scangear recognizes the Feeder under Scanner info
EXAMPLE below------------



The Scanner only needs to be set to Online when Pull Scanning with Color Network ScanGear.

When Push Scanning, set this to Offline.


When selecting the "SCAN" tab, are u selecting Online ?? when using feeder to Scan/

Have u tried to SCAN from the glass ??
