IRC1028 Broken Cartridge Locking Lever

Has anyone had this problem before? 2 different Units have broken the Left side Locking Lever for the Black Cartridge, obviously the cust has removed the cartridge to replace it but when the Lever breaks it drops down preventing the cartridge from being fully inserted, according to T.S. there have been no reports on this also the P/No. has not been changed.

A month ago, i have had two similar cases on machines installed by the custmer. The black cartridge lever lock is brocken. We have installed tens of this model and no significant problems.
