Here are some of your options

1- get a manual
2-replace DDR module FM2-4898-000 imageRUNNER / 1023iF on the IP pcb.
3-unplug fax modem board and the LAN pcb from the IP pcb/ & power up to see if message pops up
4-if installed>remove optional Universal Send USB stick and the optional PCL ROM/power up see if message pops up
5-Last resort is flashing the imageRUNNER with the most current system software
--if after flashing > message pops up u may need to replace Image Processor)


if u have software---------
With the unit powered on, short the two pins at JP141 on the Image Processor Board. This can be done with a screwdriver or an alligator clip. This will reset the machine so system software can be reflashed.

I've been able to reboot that by holding down numbers 1 and 9 while powering up. Hold til display says initiializing. If it works it may come back and then you'll need to update firmware. Worth a shot.
