    Canon IR2020 error download standby!

    Canon IR2020/2016 With( Download Standby please wait) On Display & is not connected as printer
    can u tell me what this means and how do i clear it ?
    I believe it may be a firmware upgrade!
    I am based in the UK & not a Canon tech. grateful for any help

      new firmware cleared fault!
