    service support tool

    HI,

    i am new to this forum, but must say really is full of instresting and useful infomation .

    i have a canon IR2200 and the hard drive went on me . i was wondering if anyone has the SST software to send me, or who could point me in the right direction to get it. I would be really greatful as i need it to reload the software onto a new hard drive.

      The Canon E-Support site will have what you need http://www.support.cusa.canon.com
      go to the download center for the SST and firmware can be found on the home page on the right side toward the top of the page
