I have Canon IR400S that was giving an error code E005. I replaced the fuser cleaning roller and the code still pops up as soon as you turn the power on! Does anyone know if there is a reset code to reset this error?

did you go into service mode and clear the error code???? if not that is what you have to do... -

you have to clear the web counter also. It's under the counter tab in service mode in the misc field, highlight it and hit clear.Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!Comment
