    [Jamming] CANON IR3570

    HOW DO I CLEAR PAPER JAM IN CANON IR3570
    JAM IN THE FIXING UNIT. it keeps jamming in the fixing unit when making copies please help

                      Check your paper size setting on your cassette. Blue circle with paper size options. Make sure you have it set up to the correct paper size that is set up in the tray. LTR (portrait) LTR-R(landscape).

                              Check the tray. I've hustled some many COD calls into buying a fixing unit because of this minor user mistakes. Its cost them. He, He, He.
