Re: IRC 3200 Color Copier ERROR when test 10 (pic)
Check the gear driving the ITB, maybe it is chipped. Maybe the varistor is faulty, short it to see if the output changes. Replace the secondary transfer roller, just te be sure.
Varistor is on the side of the ITB unit, between the 2 metal covers.

Check the gear driving the ITB. Remember the drum images get transfer to the ITB belt. Try to isolate.

Did someone clear the dcon? if so u need to input all the pprint values. Check the compartment in de front door, it;s behind a screw. If you're luck a factory p-print is there. Of not u can collect some values from labels on the machine. The lasers itself have labels on them.
Can u scan a pprint?
Did u try te reseat the connection between the dcon and mcon?

Re: IRC 3200 Color Copier ERROR when test 10 (pic)
How to what?
PPrint = Get into service mode, select copier > Function > Misc-p > P-Print
Reseat the boards? Remove the complete rear cover. Remove the mcon controller cover, mcon is the metal box where the network cable plugs into. Remove the harddisk bracket, remove cables into the mcon pcb. Remove the screws holding the mcon box in place, remove the mcon box.
Use it to enter an adjustment value for the laser beam position Used to enter the adjusted value of the laser irradiation position. Adjustment (Value after RAM clear: 0) or HDD replacement-------------------
Note-- This item is to enable input of the factory-adjusted value, and should not be
adjusted in the market.
This operation is used to compensate the time the laser lights during
minimum light quantity emission.
Each laser unit (Y/M/C/K) is adjusted in sequence.
