R U sure it's broken? Some machines have bad dimms causing similar problems, like slow control panel and E602

Thanks - we have a machine that wont print out any kind of a report ie P print, transmission etc. It copies, prints and scans ok but just hangs when a report is required. The consensus of opinion is that the HDD has a problem. Any thoughts?

Sounds more like a corrupt configuration on the mainboard. Did you try to initialize all data? U can find it under System Settings.

System settings? Do you mean to clear mncon. dc con etc?
