Canon imageprograf ipf6100 doesn't stop cleaning printhead

Customer has the plotter for 5 years, used it only 3 to 4 times a year, used it so little that he is still on the first full set of ink cartridges, he switched it on and it started cleaning the printhead again and again never go to ready or go to error, any idea beside the printheads? Thanks

Nope - it is just the print heads.

You should leave the printer on all the time.
