I would suspect that the yellow drum is faulty, did you replace it recently?

E020-04a0 is a defective drum unit or a drum unit unable to produce the correct color density needed by the machine. E020-0Xa0. X being the color the code points to, count from left to right if you open ur toner door and look at the colored stickers.

Just Replace the black drum and ur good to go Part Number is 7625A001AA
