Canon IR3200 Jams

Dear all ,

i have a CLC3200 it jams on heater while its going out of the machine it stuck half of it at heater and the other half ut side the machine ,i already changed a new heater upper lower bushing bearning ,i enter the jam codes and its 0107 can any one help me to determine my problem .

What's the drum life? Sometimes the toner on the paper sticks to much, only a new set of drums can replace this.
