[Error Code] Canon 3025 E000007-0000

Need help on this error.. E000007-0000. Check the inside of the copier did not see any obvious problem.
Before I get this error, we are getting smudges? lines? on the mid bottom of the prints(copy and/or print). After a I copied a couple of pages I receive this error.
Did no troubleshooting yet.. just look for obvious problem like worn out rollers, film, etc.. did not see any..

Fixing film has a white band on it. There is a sensor that detects it turning. If this film is starting to tear and not turning this will cause the e007 - fixing film rotation error. Check the rubber roller on the lower pressure roller to see if it's sliding. Most definitely you're going to need to replace at minimum the film itself.
