    Colorpass 300 on an ADVC9075

Has anyone seen a ColorPass 300 give a message "Wrong Media" everytime a print job is sent? The paper in the drawers is the same 20lbs.
The same ColorPass is showing on the individual work stations that toner is near empty but the copier is showing in the Consumables that all the toner levels are full. I took the bottles out and they are indeed near empty. Any thoughts? No...taking it out and shooting it isnot an option.
    Thank You.

Found out that it was a setting their IT had put in without notifying the users. Thank You.
