Jam Code on Imagepress C6000S

I am getting jam code 0CF1 09 (location) on an Imagepress C6000S. I cannot find this code in my service manual, I did not think an Imagepress even had a Jam location 09.

Can anyone help me with some info.

This is remark i believe:

With the 2-sided waiting position full, a new paper is fed.

Jam occurred and due to the accessory-related cause, and the delivery failed

Still getting this code, It's now becoming a real pain, It appears at random throughout the day, sometimes there is a gap of several hours between jams. it is happening on all types and weight of media. It happens from both POD deck and internal trays on single and double sided, face up and down I have 'cheated' the system so that heavier media does not use the secondary fuser and the fault still occurs. Have looked on SIMS and checked all relevant documentation, all I can gather from the service manual is that it is a sequence jam, but there is just a blank space in the manual against this jam code. however when the jam occurs paper is spread throughout the machine and tracking down exactly what component, sensor or process is causing the fault is impossible.

You must tested with the one particular print to find jam issue but it's almost impossible i know.

Two things to try------------for 0CFx Jam codes

1-try removing & re-seating the connectors on the dc controller and video cables-

2-Perform a hard drive de-frag by holding down the 1&9 keys while powering on the machine.
let this finish/ may take 20min.
