canon IR 150 and a fixing web reset issue

so I have a E00005-0010 error which says to reset the fixing web counters (2 of them) which I did....but when I do the P/O P/O it still throws this error...it then says maybe
a fixing web length sensor (PS7) is faulty or the DC controller PCB is faulty.

But I do not have those parts in stock so can it be I missed something???

    Please help me...obiwan!!!

if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

"then you will have to go to funtion>clear>error> and reset that errorE005..turn machine off then back on if it does not do it itself"

this is the step I missed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
