Hi
I am getting 3 horizontal thick lines in equal intervals in xerox copy in IR3300. can any body help me out to over come this problem.

Post a sample, some of the guys may have seen it before.

Without seeing a example I would have to say it is either the drum unit or crap on the scan glass.
