Did you replace cyan drum AND toner at the same time? If not, do so!.

If u already did, and still get the message. Check to see if the toner is pumped from the cartrdige to the drum. Check if the toner motor rotates. Check if the drum is opened when u insert it in the machine. Check to see if the metal pin opening the drum is there.

Possible causes:
No toner is supplied from the toner cartridge to the developer.
TCRG motor fails to run.
An empty cartridge is being used.
The toner supply port of the drum unit is damaged.
Broken or disconnected wire in the ATR sensor.

In service mode; part check, the toner container motor test for CYAN

make sure there is no broken gear in drive assbly


Remove ITB UNIT &
remove Cyan Drum & Toner Cartridge / look inside--check to make sure if any of the white couplings have popped off

Reach to the rear frame on the inside. Try to compress the 2 white couplings and make certain they spring back into place easily. They are coupled to a "D" shaft. If the white couple spins outside of the "D" shaft the problem will arise. The drive unit is FM2-5363 if needed and they are the same units for all colors.
