Thank you for replying, The copies seem like they are leaving, burry fuzzy look around each character, whether you copy from the glass or doc. feeder.
I have replaced the drum unit and transfer roller already.
Again, Thank you and any help would be appreciated.

            This is called blasting.

Could be coming the CIS (Contact image sensor unit)
            Have check the density levels.
            Adjust the exposure level.

            Try this:

            1) Enter the service mode.
Sequentially press the Additional functions key, 2 key, 8 key, and Additional functions key on the operation panel.
            2) Press the arrow key on the touch panel to display "TEST MODE".
            3) Press [OK].
            4) Press the [2] key to display "SCAN TEST".
            5) Press the [1] key to display "SHADING".
            6) Press [OK].
After completion of the above procedure, the contact sensor output is compensated and parameters are set automatically.

After completion of automatic adjustment, "OK" is displayed.

Do you print to this device.
            How do your prints look?

              FIRST-----------------------------------------try this
Remove the Transfer Assembly from the imageRUNNER and inspect the ground tab on the bottom of the assembly. Make sure the Ground Tab clip has not fell off> leaving the Grounding Tab unsecured.

if it looks like below example --on copy, print and fax.
              u may need to replace
              IP board or Laser Unit
