    Canon Mobile Printing for iOS (CMP) version 1.0.1.
    CMP is a free application that enables user to print photographs, web pages, images, PDF files, and Document files from an iPhone or iPad using a Canon Multi-function Printer (MFP) or Laser Printer.

    The CMP application can be downloaded from Apple AppStore.

    Supported Canon Devices
    • imageRUNNER ADVANCE series
    • Color imageRUNNER series
    • imageRUNNER series
    • imageCLASS series
    • imageRUNNER LBP series

    Supported Mobile Devices
    • Apple iPhone 4 / 4S / 5 - with iOS v5.1 or higher
    • Apple iPad / iPad2 / iPad (3rd Generation) - with iOS v5.1 or higher

    The CMP v1.0.1 does not support the imageRUNNER 2500, imageRUNNER 1700, imageRUNNER
    1025, and Color imageRUNNER C1022/C1030 series.     For a complete device compatibility list, please

      You know, it's great that they have gone this route, but the big problem with it is...
      These devices are mainly used in businesses. Not many businesses use iPhones. Blackberry's are more predominant in the business world. Heck even Androids are being used more.
      I once asked Canon to provide their toolsets (NAVI, SST) for Mac. Their response was "We have never, nor will we ever, support anything Apple" - yet CMP for iOS...
      They really need to get on developing this functionality for BB and Android devices. For a company who doesn't deal with Apple for anything (except drivers for their own gear) it is really appaulling to me that they released a function for only Apple products.
