    [Jamming] IR8500 jamming code 010c

    I am getting code 010c when printing pages from tray 1, but when I try tray 3 regular (long way) it feeds fine. It always jams inside the fixing unit. Any ideas would be great?

      Things to check:

      Internal delivery Roller
      sensor Flag

      Jam codes 010C are sometimes due to a worn sensor flag part number FB4-2303-000 or a worn internal delivery roller FB5-6833-000.

      Also,
      1. Lever Deflector FB4-2299-000, may be out of position or linkage to deflector may get stuck and need to be cleaned and lubed.
      2. Clean and adjust SL3 on transport. Solenoid is located under fuser unit. Screws for SL3 may also come loose.
      3. Clean and adjust reversal solenoid, SL11.
