Hello!
Good day to everyone. I am having this problem with my photocopy canon 2320 that is, when I launch photocopy command of 10 or more, after the first five copies, an error code will appear showing (E000007 - 0000). Please I need help from somebody. I actually like this forum because it helps lots and lots of us. Thank You so much.

Check & clean the connector of the fixing film sensor in fixing unit. Replace the fixing film & sensor.

Fixing film rotation error. Pull out the fixing unit and check the fixing film for damage or dried-out lubricant. Re-lube if possible or replace.

Fixing film rotation error. 99.9999% sure the film is torn and has travelled away from the sensor that detects it turning. At best you'll need to change the fixing film.

Hi,

Replace the fixing film. A genuine one is better: FM2-3345-000 (120V), FM2-3352-000 (220V). Verify the state of the pressure roller and its bushings (it's very important). Replace if necessary.
