IR 2016 E000 & E003

Hi all,
I have a problem in IR 2016, it shows error code E000 then E003,
I changed the fixing film unit, then clear the error , but it still shows the same errors.
I think the problem in DC controller, but I don't have another one to test.
If anybody have an answer about this please let me know,

We always replace the whole fuser unit when they fail on this model. I doubt your problem is dc controller. E003's normally are a problem with the heater - barring a power supply issue. Check the fixing film unit and fuser unit connectors & make sure they are connected well & inspect connectors for cracks or not seating properly.....or if you just want to save time & be done with this--------probably replacing the whole fuser will take care of it.
