Hi, Thank you for your prompt reply, well I do have one, I have cleaned the sensors with no result I have replaced the pcb controller on LCT with no result so that isolates pcb, now I have not seen one of this LCT's so a'm still traying to figure out how to disassamble the feed section, reading but some what fustraded all ready, like I said 1st timer....., but looking at the feed whls it looks like if there is no spring back tension from snrs, cause when I push the sensors up they get stock in the up wards position some what for a sec. or 2 ?? well a'm still playing with this

You just answered your own question.
Follow the spring tension on the actuator. If it's not returning properly, of course it's going to jam.

The info given before shows that 0117 is a pickup jam.,
Paper is not reaching the first sensor in time.

LEAVE THE TOP OFF THE DECK and watch if the rollers turn.
If they do turn , then check if the Deck Tray is even.

You may be having some issues with the CABLES.
The Tray might not be high enough
