try chek the 52T gear, 75/22T, or replace the fixing upper claw

      Hello,

The laser write start signal is used to start a laser write on the drum when paper reaches the laser write start sensor (PS28) whitch is mounted in front of the registration roller. 0202 jam code may be displayed if the registration rollers don't turn (verify the registration clutch) or if PS28 sensor arm doesn't go back to its initial position right after the paper has left it.

        Problems Solved!
Thanks to you folks I tracked down the problem(s).
PS28 sensor was knocked out postiion and covered with paper dust.
I cleaned it up and re-installed.
Then I found severe drag on one side of the paper feed path at the clutch motor.
The springloaded plate above the drive roller was slightly bent. I bent it back voila!
After 3 weeks of my primary machine being down I'm back in business!
Thank you all for your expertise and patience.

ps, Prior to my postings here a tech from IKON came in and evaluated this machine.
He condemned it saying it needed $2,500 to $3,500 worth of work!

Here's what IKON said I needed:

            "Your 6000 needs AT LEAST....
            Feed Tires
            Separator Roller
            Cam End Plate
            Can Mounting Spring
            Cam Mount
            Cam Level
            Cam Plate
            Total Fusing Assembly
            Corona Assembly
            Primary Corona Assembly
            Clutch
            Pre-Transfer Corona Assembly
And about three or four hours labor to rebuild the machine. (Not sure on that....)
Again, these are the parts to just get it going so we can see what else it needs to be brought up to specs. So, I think it's a no brainer to replace this machine."

Instead, Thanks to This site I fixed Everything myself for NO cost and No parts required!
            THANK YOU ALL!

Put it all back together and now the machine jams just as the paper begins to hit the fuser rollers. Doesn't matter which bin I feed from.
No codes showing up. Just regular "Open Right side door, open main door, clear jam" message.
I hand wind paper thru the fuser rollers via the green turning knob to clear the jam and start again. Same thing keeps happening.
Did I knock something out of position? or a Sensor? or a motor?
                  Lil' help...
