    [Misc] IRAC 5051i e-Maintenance

    Hello and Good day everyone..

    I just want to ask same help on how to set up e-Maintenance for IRAC 5051i. scan to email and some features are working except this one. somebody can give me a guide on this?

    This is my first set up to be on this feature.

          I did not encounter any problem.

          One of my customer suggested to me to set up a e-maintenace feature on his copier so that if their is any problem on machine will send an email alert to the IT dept. or to Engineer concern..

                  If I'm not mistaken you need to have an e-rds account setup by canon themselves and they issue you a login to which you put the serial number of the machine in as well as setup the alerts. RDS talks to canon's ugw servers only, you can change it but I haven't found a third party solution for it yet.
