    Canon iRC2225 "clicking" - Drum?

We have a brand new iRC2225 going out to a customer the end of the week, we've set the machine up but when it does copies there is a constant clicking noise coming from around the drum area.

All drums look okay and can be turned manually, and when we go into service mode and "STIR-4" the clicking noise is there, it's almost as if it's trying to add toner or it's having a problem.

Copy quality is fine, with a hint of drum judder every few copies but nothing too serious.

This being the first 2225 i've had to set up i'm pretty confused as to what this noise is, has anyone had a similar problem or able to offer any advice?

The machine was set up in our cold warehouse, it's now in the office and when it's warm the clicking isnt as frequent but it's still very noticeable.

    Thanks
Have you tried turning it off and on? No...Oh, it works now!

How fast click interval is and how loud? Post a sound. . Is this advance series? There was a bulletin about clicking noise in the fuser if i remember. I will check.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

The clicking is about the interval of a drum turning i'd say, and as loud as the usualy clicking noises that come.

And yes, it's Canon imageRunner Advance C2225i

I can post a video if there is a way of quickly uploading one from an iPhone if at all possible?
