I have a customer who is having a problem "waking up" the machine from sleep mode. They have to physically turn the switch on and off. This customer has a 2500 copy per month volume on this small box. I suspect that the are over using this machine. Any Ideas... Thanks so much

This product employed SURF fixing method with a ceramic heater and 3W sleep mode to achieve electric power saving.
The printer enters the sleep mode upon receiving a “sleep” command from the main controller during the stand-by status
Service Mode > COPIER > OPTION > BODY
SLPMODE = Setting of shift to sleep mode
Details:
To restrict shift to sleep mode 1/sleep mode 3.
When 1 is set, the machine does not shift to sleep mode.
Use case:
When sleep failure occurs
Adj/set/operate method:
1) Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
Display/adj/set range:= 0 to 1
0: Shift is available., 1: Shift is not available.
Default value 0
