    [Error Code] CANON IR 3245N

    Heelo,

    i have problem with machine. When i turn on, the displey shows; remainig data that is not needed is being erased.do not turn of the main power.

    How can i erased this.

    Problem :
    The message "Remaining data that is not needed is being erased. Do not turn off the power" will not clear.

    This is a normal message when powering on a machine with the optional HDD Data Erase Kit-B2. In this example the message would never go away.

    Solution :
    Replacing the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) resolved the problem. The part number for the HDD is FM3-5634-000.

        You need to have SST or UST and the latest Firmware, also how to knowledge before attempting any of the above.

          Your machine has the data erase kit installed on it. You would need to uninstall it in or deactivate it in order to remove the message from the machine during the boot up sequence. It is just clearing RAM and the partition of the HDD where temporary image data is held...nothing more.
