    [Jamming] IR8500 finisher jamming

    Finisher jamming in my machine IR8500 jam code 1019,This jam code not listed in the manual.If anybody have an idea pl. share it.

      10xx : Delay Jam
      xx19 : Sort delivery sensor delay Jam (PI4) ( "I" is not 1, it's the capital letter of"i")
