If this is a IRC2880 or like, u can start by cleaning the laser windows by hand. Since they are underneath they tend to collect dust.

glass is located under each unit and may have toner spilled on it. Clean the glass with the tool provided on the front door. Instruction's are also included there.

i bought on ebay ,c3220 drum , it show on screen , all are c3220 remanufactured by seller ,but i saw one buyer feedback , one complaint that's not canon drum
the drum said itself as a hp product---- how a drum life(include remanufact) can last ,?

supposed a drum 40000 pages at 5% condition , itf seller change develope , toner, chip and roller ,
we can expect after 40000 pages for those parts replace , what is the buyer wish the pages he can print
活該 --in chinese word 貪小失大,,,the same meaning ,buy any remanufactured drum , you will got the return some day
