ir 2520 contrast in copy problem

ir 2520 continously giving a very low contrast copy i had changed the toner, properly clear the developing unit, changed the drum

is image light or washed out on copies, print jobs and internal test prints ???

is density uneven on entire image on page ?
Did u inspect & clean the Transfer Roller and inspect the toner brush on the Developer

Inspect contact on the HVT / may be stuck out of position causing the light images.
Reposition the contact.
