I have an Irc3480i in the field that won't power up. When you turn the main power switch on, nothing happens, fdr doesn't power, finisher doesn't power, the only thing that happens is the green power light comes on. I'm thinking I'll start with the power supply(s), but wondered if anyone else has had this happen and could reduce my guess work.

Yes it's probably the power supply but get out your meter and check voltages. -

Remove memory expansion DDR-SDRAM from slot J1002 on main controller pcb.
Memory expansion could be bad

ImagePASS memory upgrade will fit in this expansion slot and is the wrong size for the machine/ will cause that symptom- tech mistake on re-installs**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

you can test with a 01 GB DDR2 400Mhz from a regular PC, done it on a IRC3580i, works goodRemove memory expansion DDR-SDRAM from slot J1002 on main controller pcb.
