Why did you replace Main Controller 2 in the first place?

did u test internal test prints ? do they print ??
Copy jobs go to the scheduled cue but do not print.

                from CANON ------

The symptom was further clarified and partially duplicated by removing the crossover cable after the machine was ready.
Suspected a communication problem with the cabling.
Checked the cables and found that there were no video cables connecting the server to the engine.

The tab connection on one end of the cable was plugged into the copier and the non tabbed end was plugged into the other connector on the copier.
The same was true for the server side.
After properly connecting the video cables so that the copier had a tabbed connection on one side and the non tabbed connector of that cable was going to the server and vise versa for the other cable, the copies printed normally.
The server had to still be configured and tested to ensure the calibration and other functions were normal.
                No other problems found.

Got to have a look at the m/c last night myself & found that it had copytrack installed. Switch off copytrack and it worked
.put the original board back in and copies ok with copytrack turned on.the mc will scan ok and print internal prints ok just not copy with the new board.may be meap firmware issue that needs updating. So I will go back in and try that next &let you guys know .
Thanks for the help so far .

E100 on all Canon boxes refers to the BD Signal to a Laser Unit.

                    Note the Sub Code.

Did you try swapping the K & Y Laser Units with M & C to see if a different Sub Code was generated?

These Units are connected in Pairs, so determining the faulty Laser can be time consuming - But there will be only 1 that is faulty.

Sub code related to both laser units hence changing the boards (did replace the bk/cyan laser)
