    iR3225 crashes when printing

I have a Canon copier iR3225N that occasionally when printing via network, jobs are waiting to be printed and the flashing green light. The user attempts to cancel it at the system monitor in the copier but stuck, displaying the message "canceling ..." At the end need to turn off and on.
I updated the firmware to version 47.01, I disabled the multicast option, I replaced the hard drive and the main controller. We have also tried to connect to another network point, we have changed the network cable, also tried with PCL and UFRII driver. The problem persists and I have no idea what can be. Has anyone ever happened this ruling?. How I can fix it? Thanks in advance.

If one of the items for IP Address Range Settings under Additional Functions is set to ON and there is no IP Address entered for the item. - may cause issue

check the setting of items for IP Address Range Settings enter Additional Functions; select System Settings; select Network settings; select TCP/IP Settings; select IPv4 Settings; select IP Address Range Settings - then check each item (Reject and Permit) for Rx/Print Range and Setting/Browsing Range to make sure all four items are set to OFF.

All settings are correct. Besides that customer has another like iR3225 copier is also networked and not have that problem.

Does the machine 'hang' with an internal print?

Did you replace the Memory Dimms?

Here is a thought. Change the IP address on the machine with the one that does not have the problem. If someone in the building has a Iphone or some other device they are randomly turning on to check emails or something, it can take over the IP address it will cause you problems like you say. Had this happen to me. We finally told the router not to give out that address, problem solved.

Another thing you can do when having trouble printing. Is to unplug the ethernet cable to the copier, go to a computer and see if you can still ping that address. That may show you that comeone else is using that IP address.

Canonbudy, I changed the memory DIMMs as well.
Regarding the IP change, is complicated because it is a corporate network and also the copier is connected to a server with Uniflow. Anyway I could suggest it to the network administrator and try to assign a different IP to the copier.
Today I asked to see if it still fails, and the client has told me it's been all this week without problems.
If it fails again, I will try to change the IP.

If there is one that has experienced something similar, please tell me how did you solved.

--how many clients are printing to this particular printer ?? how large are the avg. files ??

do u have users sending docs over with
              Smartphone or Tablets ??
TCP/UDP ports that must be opened on the server hosting uniFLOW Print Services for iPad or iPhone are the following:

              - UDP Port 5353
              - TCP Port 631

uniFLOW Output Manager is a very advanced software solution that incorporates numerous components with each installation. Sound documentation of the network environment and configuration will prove as a vital tool when troubleshooting site level problems. It would be deemed a "Canon Best Practice" to compile the incident report in the most complete, and concise manner. Having this report handy when contacting the Canon TSC would allow a much more expedited support scenario, and is a mandatory requirement for assistance.

                Thanks teckat.
But I forgot to tell you that we have isolated the copier from Uniflow by in case the bug come from there. Lately it's out Uniflow in order to discard that.
