Canon Ir2800GE and IR3570GE- scanning to folder/email.

Hi Guys,
I have to do a 500 mile round trip to set these two baby's up for scan to email and scan to folder (SMB). Haven't done it on either of these before so all pointers, help and advice would be very welcome. Thank you.

set up a user with a passowrd that doesnt expire ,set up folder with shares and persmissions then via address book(on machine) browse via smb find your host enter username and password locate folder ,job done.....

you could however via end user desktop find port of printer which would give you the i.p.......
