[Misc] Color Printing Restriction

I'd like to restrict some of my users from printing color on iR2020H Color Printer, but without Dept ID restriction. (Also need some guide for Canon Driver Config Tool v4 to make some custom driver for Black & White Printing only.)

Is this possible? If so how? Any alternate suggestions are much welcomed.

install Equitrac

Update - i have successfully made custom b/w driver with the help of canon configuration tool as per the requirement of my client.
