IR5000: Print face up:

How can I make the printed paper face up all the time in multiple print, because it jam when reserving the printed paper at the flapper near the paper exit (no finisher installed).

Copier> Option > Body > 3/5> fdw-dlv

Use it to switch faceup delivery to ensure stacking performance when making multiple copies.
0: Normal (all in face up delivery if single original, default
1: face up delivery for single print of single original face down delivery for multiple prints.

Jam Code: 0111 most of the time or 0A10 or 0114
The paper is: B4

A4 paper printing without JAM.

Please I mean PRINTING (from a pdf file) not copying.

The white arm on the end of the deflector gets cracked, causing flapper jams.
FB5-3394-010 Flapper arm. It cost less than a dollar.

If B4 is like legal then your problem is the REVERSE roller. fb6-5895-020
fb6-5892 outer delivery is highly recommended at the same time.
fb6-5896 inner delivery can be done at the same time too

First ther is not 3/5 and the the paper face still down when I print from the PDF file????????what is wrong with me. Please explain to help me.

page 3/5 when you're in the service mode btw. You can browse them by pressing on the left and right arrow keys
