IR ADV C2020 copy not aligned

Hi, i have a problem on IR Adv C2020 when making copy/printing colored the magenta is making shadow. how to adjust this. i already do the auto gradation 2x, but still same thing. here is the sample i created exactly same thing when i printed the test page type 10. any one have issues like this? by the way the laser scanner unit is new.sample test print.pdf

Run a color mismatch
Did u check & re-seat Magenta Drum ? this out of position happens
DC CON Clear ? /make sure u have your settings printed out before or door specs

Swap the mis-registered laser with another on the machine. Perform an AUTO COLOR MISMATCH, then perform <COPIER>FUNCTION>LASER>LEVEL-2> for each color, then perform AUTO GRADATION. If problem persists, then replace the laser assembly for M color.

Yes i did reset the drum many times.
i cant swap the laser of any colour because its in the whole unit of laser scanner assy.
i haven't do the color mismatch yet. Ill try that next visit.



and i have the same machine in the field after replacing the yellow drum get E0020 1060
and put back the old drum sometimes error come out with E0020 0060 5.
any idea how to fix this?

forgot about that it's one Laser unit on IRADVC2020
may then boil down to Laser U or DCpcb

DC Controller outputs the laser control signal to the Laser Driver IC on the Laser Driver
PCB which is in Laser Unit


have u tried a new M Drum

no not yet replace the magenta drum.
