    E025-0210 iRADVC5051

    Hi I have a Canon copier iRADVC5051 with error code E025-0210. What could be the problem? Thank you.

    E025
    code did not need to be reset by doing the ERR Clear in service mode.
    There are a few E025 codes listed on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE series that Do Require a clear to be done.

    Best practice for any E025-XXXX code
    on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE series is to clear the code in service mode and reboot the machine to see if it resets. If it does not clear, trouble shoot the device for that code. Always perform the clear after swapping or replacing any parts related to E025-xxxx codes.

    Error in Y Developing Assembly
    The value is lower than the lower limit for the patch.

      I have found the E025 code to be the X gear stripping out on the rear of the developer assy'. Hope this helps.
