Hello

Has anyone had any experience of the main USB input stopping working?

The machine recognises mass storage devices when you plug them in, but if you try to plug in a laptop via USB A-B cable it will not work.

I have reseated the controller board, all the flash memory.

I have checked in settings that USB is activate.

Can anyone recommend a next step, faulty flash memory?

Just in the process of updating the firmware
