    [Error Code] ir4570

    Dear copytech team,

    i face a problem with the copierir 4570 that the screen of network scanner not appear what can i ndo to make it appear

      are you saying that there is not a tab at the top of the control panel for scan or for send?
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

          no sir , the problem that there is not a tab for a scan while i can make network print and the control panel have a tab for send

              Enter Service Mode > Level 2 > Copier > Option > Body >< UI-RSCAN>

              Set UI-RSCAN to "1" to ENABLE the SCAN tab


              Level 2 setting. After you select *28*, press *2, to get into Level 2



              U mean the Online / Offline tabs are greyed out and can't be selected.
              **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
