[Jamming] imageRUNNER 7105 0212 JAM CODES

Have Canon iR7105 that keeps having 0212 and 0211 duplex stationary jams. Have replaced clutches, rollers, DC Controller, Fuser Assembly, deck 2 drive assembly, the whole duplex unit and still getting the jams. Am I missing something?

make sure that the paper guide that is attached to the Right Deck Pickup Assembly is not out of place.
The U shaped end of the guide may be cracked and is not secure to the bushing that it snaps onto.

Clutch 21 should only be on when doing single side copies.
Check connector 508 pin 14, it should be 24v when running duplex copies and should never go to 0 VDC.

When running single sided it should turn on every other copy.
