Ran into this code a couple times in the last week and just updated software after verifying (on the machines that it actually works) that no drums were above 100% life. just an FYI

What is the DC-CON version after updating the software? (Verify it on the machine)

This is the latest DC-CON version. E067 is a high voltage-related error (Primary transfert). Replacing the transfer belt assembly may solve your issue.

          What is the humidity?

Try removing the transfer rollers and moisten them. If it works its temporary though.

            SUB-CODE is

never go by drum % readings
look at the Test Prints /
++Check to see if the primary transfer roller spring is deformed or detached.

this model has a habit of throwing this error when ITB is old & or when u replace only one drum at a time

all sorts. They just point us to the drum/secondary transfer roller. If a good cleaning won't fix it I've been able to fix it with new software. It is incredibly dry up here lately thus why I've been getting the code more. Something is arcing out. It's a decent machine despite it's quirks and that drum life usually never works under display>misc
