[Misc] canon ir5065 CA certificate help

Hey all! New to this industry and to this forum.
    Here is my first question.
I came across an issue with generating the CA certificate.
Even when I create it doesnt show and the default certificate isnt even available. Tried factory reset but no go.
    Any feedback would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

are u receiving a message Default Key Corrupt or Invalid???
First try to clear the Default Key by performing the following:
    Enter service mode> hit (*) hit#2 & 8 keys together >hit (*) > hit (*) again_then #2 key, for level 2

    1. Level 2 Copier > Function > Clear > highlight CA Key - press OK
    2. Cycle power.

    or
    1. Additional Function> System Settings> Network Settings> TCP/IP Settings> Certificate Settings 2. Select Generate Key
    3. Enter Key Name: input any name (Default Key)

    4. Select 1024 for Key Length

    5. Enter the Current Date as the start date
    6. Enter the End Date with current Month and Day and the Year - 2032
    7. Select Start Key Generation
    8. Go back to Certificate Settings and select Key and Certificate List
    9. Select the corrupt Default Key and press Erase
    10. Cycle power.

Thank you for the quick reponse.
I have tried both options that you mentioned however.
I left one thing out on the first post. which is that there is no default certificate to delete or view. It's left blank in the box.
Wondering if any other option is available on service mode besides clearing it. And yes it state invalid certificate on the display but it prints and scans to pc without any issues.
