I have a problem that i can not trace where is the real cause, somebody can help me to rectify this problem..I check in manual is not listed.

Sorry sir, I'm mistake.. It's E067-0102..

This problem is intermittent. I Check the connector or contact of ITB... but still the problem will show up time to time..

Sounds like an HV e code for the magenta drum. How old are the drum units in your machine?

Hello..

Its almost 2 months sir, customer change regularly because their printing volume its a little high..

As of now sir, no problem reportedly to me.. last time I went thier (last week ago) I fix the ITB connectors...

I Hope everythings okey on that machine..
