    [Error Code] 3035 Fixing Units - E000-0001

    Good morning,

    I have a Canon iR3035 that needs a new fixing unit (FM3-1293-010)...

    What i have is a fixing unit for a Canon iR3570 (FM2-1793-020).

I tried to use the 3570 fixing unit in the 3035 but have come up with an E000-0001 Error... i was under the impression that these were compatible units.

Is there a method in service mode to increase fusing temperature?

Because i tried a couple of different fixing units, I was under the impression that this was a problem with the DC controller, I replaced the DC Controller and the problem still persists.

    Could it be something else?

    Thanks.

Check the heater ac connection if they match you can swap them.
      Have you updated the firmware?

both the machines are 110v > i used the same fuser unit in another 110 v machine and it worked fine .The same unit is now working gud in the original machine from where it was taken . i have been facing these sort of problems for quite some time now. Also JAM code 207 is quite often .
